HOW DOES RENT DELITE WORK?
Rent delite
makes it easy and affordable to get today's hottest tablets, TVs, computers, electronics and more. You can get the products you want with affordable payments and no long term commitment.Unlike a credit purchase, a Rent delite account charges no interest. You pay a rental payment while you use the product. Keep it as long as you like, and after a year it's yours. For example if you order a product that costs $300, you'll pay a rental payment of about $12 per week for one year – and then you own it free and clear! There are no additional costs and no strings attached.
You find out if you qualify for an account in seconds and your application remains confidential. When you place your order, payments are automatically deducted from your debit or credit card on your paydays. You can return the product any time after one month or pay it off early for a discount. Just give us a shout and we’ll take care of you.
Unlike traditional rent-to-own stores, we handle everything online. There is no need for lots of paperwork or driving back and forth to a store. Also, unlike layaway, you don’t have to wait around to enjoy your new product.
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
You must be at least 18 years old and have:
1. A job or proven source of income
2. An email address
3. A credit or debit card
After you select a product, it’s easy to apply. Just complete our application and we take care of the rest. We may need to verify your information, but you’ll learn our decision within minutes. We understand life happens so bad credit is ok.
ARE THERE INTEREST CHARGES?
None at all! With Rent delite, there is no interest and no long-term commitment so you have nothing to lose. Because Rent delite is a rental-purchase program, you simply pay a rental payment as long as you keep the product. Keep the product for a year and it’s yours– with no additional fees at all.
HOW LONG DOES THE AGREEMENT LAST?
All contracts are for a 12 month term, however, during this term, you have 3 basic options
1. Keep the product for the full year, it’s yours - at no additional cost
2. Pay-off your balance earlier. Rebates vary by product & state. Call us for the pay-off balance and let us explain it for your product.
3. Return the product any time after the initial 1 month term is complete. Schedule a return from our portal and we'll take care of it.
CAN I PAY OFF MY PRODUCT EARLY?
Your early payoff amount is based on the state you live in and how much you have already paid towards your rental agreement. Our customer service agents will be able to calculate your exact payment amount when you give them a call. Keep in mind you can get your early payoff quote at any time with no obligation.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I GET AT A TIME?
At this time, we only allow one rental purchase per customer per household.
APPLICATION QUESTIONS
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY APPLICATION IS APPROVED?
After you submit your application online, your results will be available within a minute or so. Once you’re approved, we ask you to provide your billing and shipping information. Then, you complete your order. In the event we are unable to approve your application, we’ll notify you with further details.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We understand that you might have reservations about providing us with personal information on the application and respect that. DO YOU CHECK CREDIT?
Yes, during our approval process, we may obtain credit reporting information from various third party data providers. Your credit information is just one piece our decision though. We take other information into account such as length at residence, bank account history, and other non-financial factors.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN WHEN IT’S DELIVERED?
If your item is damaged when it’s delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to let us know. We will send you a shipping label to return the product free of charge, and we will ship a brand new product to you.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT STOPS WORKING?
If there is a problem with your product, your club program will take care of it. The club program will understand the nature of the problem and in most cases will either get it fixed for you at no cost or provide a replacement. We’ll always be there and help you get things straightened out so you can continue enjoying your product.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW PRODUCTS?
We want to offer the best products around. We are always looking for new and exciting options to provide to our customers and do so regularly. While we’ll never have the most products available, you can trust we’ll have the best of the best. As soon as we have something to new, we make it available so check back with us often if you’re looking for something specific. Don’t hesitate to give us a call if you want to make a request.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I GET AT ONE TIME?
You can get one product at a time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A WRONG PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO ME?
If you received another product than what you ordered, please call customer care within 48 hrs. Our customer care person will assist you.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PRODUCT?
You can receive your product within 4-7 business days. Once your product has shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your product is on its way!
CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
At the moment No, we do not modify the shipping address of the order after it has placed
IS COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE IN PRODUCT WHILE SHIPMENT?

Due to the value of our products, a signature will be needed upon delivery. Please be sure someone is at the designated shipping address to sign for the package.
RETURN QUESTIONS
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
You can return your product any time after the initial term of one month, for furniture rental you can return after three months at no cost to you. Just give us a call or e-mail us, and we will e-mail you a shipping label with return costs covered. Just take your product and the shipping label to the nearest UPS location or to the store where you completed your application or you can arrange a pickup at your residence. Once we receive your product, you won’t be responsible for any further payments.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ACCESSORY IF I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Since there is only one agreement you must return all products listed on your agreement which includes accessories.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
You can go back to any Advance Financial (Advance Payday) stores for making a payment. However, if you do not make the payment by the due date or if you choose not to come to the store to make payment, your payments can be automatically charged to your debit or credit card according to your payment schedule. Your payment schedule can be found in your rental purchase agreement. It happens like clockwork, without you having to lift a finger! You can change this information at any time - just logon to the portal or give us a ring.
WHAT TYPES OF CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most credit and debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept prepaid debit cards, PayPal at this time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT OR PAY LATE?
